Changes to the flexible working regulations.

With effect from the 30th June 2014 the governement is extending the right to request flexible working to all employees. This is a significant change and one that employers really need to be aware of. The previous regulations restricted this right to those with children or certain carers.

Any business will now need to consider a request for flexible working and legally must consider such requests in a reasonable manner.
